  • Providing legal advice on contract law, commercial law, corporate law, debt collection procedures, financial institutions regulations, etc. with focus on Thai laws and regulations but also on other laws and regulations of the Countries. 
  • Developing multiple legal options to help the internal clients/colleagues to achieve business objectives and evaluate legal advantages and disadvantages of the various options so to take informed decisions. (high focus on business solution-orientation)
  • Drafting and preparing in English and/or Thai language, reviewing with a practical and critical approach and negotiating with both internal clients/colleagues and third parties all legal documents and/or confidentiality agreements.
  • Set up control and monitor process the evidences and documents record systematically include to regular record or input and up to date data and all required records in the system.
  • Advising on and following/preparing all legal documents related in each Countries or special projects, including entity set-up, M&A, and joint ventures.
  • Identifying and managing risk exposures, and delivering proactive, effective, and strategic advice for the firm.
  • To perform other tasks assigned by the Executives, Executives Committee, Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company.
  • Provide advice and instructions to ensure the Company complies with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • Supervision on legal and regulatory updates tracking and work with external legal counsel on specific matters.

คุณสมบัติ :

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law
  • 15+ years of experience in law firm, real estate, hospitality business or worked with a Public listed company
  • Lawyer License is required 
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, relationship management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English both of written and verbal and good computer literacy

รายละเอียดงาน :

  • Analyze and prepare monthly financial and operational reports, evaluating hotel’s performance, competitive positioning, market conditions, operating trends, and any areas of concern, and address questions or issues to senior hotel management team.
  • Proactively seeking opportunities on an ongoing basis for revenue enhancement, operating efficiencies, and improved service delivery to enhance hotel’s profitability.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders and make strategic decisions on major hotel operational issues ensuring any potential risks are dealt with on a timely manner.
  • Analyze competitive hotel market supply and demand situations and trends.
  • Prepare monthly forecast of hotels’ profit and loss statements.
  • Review, analyze and recommend strategies to senior hotel management team on annual business plans and budgets. 
  • Manage capital expenditure by reviewing and approving capital expenditure budgets and proposals to ensure proper maintenance of hotel. Take ownership of major investment projects, performing feasibility study and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure projects are carried out according to timeline and budget.
  • Ensure hotels are complied with related rules and regulations.
  • Support management in analyzing data and preparing presentations as requested.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
  • 5 years working experience in related fields
  • Good understanding of profit & loss statements
  • Good hotel industry exposure and awareness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English and excellent inter-personal skills
  • Highly proficient skills in MS-Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate should be prudent, detailed, and result-oriented and have a strong sense of commitment as well as able to work independently
  • Candidate should be able to manage multi-tasks assignments
  • Willing to travel occasionally

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, management meetings, conferences etc.
  • Compile, proofread and handle confidential documents and reports.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (phone, e-mail, letters etc.).
  • mestics and overseas traveling such as flight tickets, hotel reservations plus transfer.
  • Assists with day-to-day administration of PO/ PR process and all related documents.
  • Other assignments upon request.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relative field
  • 3-5 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
