As the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of The Erawan Group Public
Company Limited ("The Company"), held on 26 April 2011 passed the resolution to
increase the Company's registered capital for the right to purchase ordinary
shares by the directors and employees of the Company and/or its subsidiaries
under the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP#3).
Thus, the employees are entitled to exercise their rights to purchase shares as
the following details. Each entitled person shall provide the intent to
exercise the rights to purchase the ordinary shares of the Company within five
Company's business days prior to each exercise date throughout the exercise
periods.

The Company would like to report the results of the exercise of share purchased
(ESOP#3) No. 2 on 1 June 2012 that there are no any employees exercised their
rights to purchase the ordinary shares :
Therefore, the remaining number of ordinary shares reserved for the total
exercise are 35,743,099 shares
