SUSTAINABLE HOSPITALITY PROGRAMME

The Erawan Group promotes sustainable products and services across its hotel portfolio by integrating environmental and social considerations into the guest experience and operational processes. Key initiatives include the use of environmentally friendly and recyclable in-room amenities and packaging, products containing recycled or compostable materials, sustainable cleaning supplies, food-waste reduction, resource-efficient operations, and sustainable tourism practices. The Company also works with suppliers and business partners to promote more sustainable products and services throughout its value chain as below:-

• Eco-friendly in-room amenities ERW has worked with suppliers such as Unilever to source MILUX accessories, with in-room, spa and bathroom products/packaging required to be recyclable and contain at least 35% recycled material or be compostable.
• Sustainable cleaning products cleaning-supply packaging sourced from Ecolab is required to be recyclable with at least 35% recycled content or biodegradable.
• Sustainable food and waste practices reducing food waste, landfill waste and improving resource efficiency are explicit environmental goals. • Sustainable tourism certifications nine ERW Accor hotels received STGs STAR certification in September 2026, covering resource efficiency, environmental impact reduction, responsible business, employee engagement and community involvement.
• Green Key hotels with several ERW properties, including Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok and four Accor properties, have achieved Green Key certification.
• Community-based sustainable products and services for the Ban Laem Mud Spa project transform a community facility into a mud spa, creating sustainable employment while promoting wellness and sustainable tourism.
