The Erawan Group Public Company Limited Receives “Board of the Year for Distinctive Practices 2006/07” Award
The Erawan Group Public Company Limited (ERW) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has been honored with the prestigious “Board of the Year for Distinctive Practices” award, recognizing outstanding adherence to internationally accepted principles of good corporate governance.
This award is presented to boards that demonstrate exceptional governance practices and must achieve an assessment score of over 75% under the established evaluation criteria. ERW received this award for the first time in 2006, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.
The award program is organized by the National Corporate Governance Committee in collaboration with the Thai Institute of Directors Association, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Thai Industries, the Thai Bankers' Association, the Thai Listed Companies Association, and the Thai Capital Market Business Council. The initiative aims to promote and elevate corporate governance standards of boards across Thailand.
