HOPINN Ratchaburi Branch, in collaboration with the Ratchaburi Provincial Tourism Office, provided knowledge on the hotel and tourism business to students from Ratchaburi Technical College.

Student Internship Program
Hop Inn Hotel Public Company Limited is committed to supporting the development of professional skills among students through internship programs in collaboration with educational institutions across Bangkok and other provinces.
Program Objectives
- Provide students with real-world experience in hotel operations, including customer service, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Enhance students’ knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience across key hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering/Maintenance
- Develop essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and interpersonal relations
- Identify and nurture potential talents for future employment
- Strengthening academic partnerships and foster meaningful connections between the company and educational institutions
Internship Details

Career Opportunity Policy:
Although no interns have transitioned into full-time roles this year due to ongoing studies, Hop Inn has a clear policy to recruit former interns with strong evaluations directly into permanent positions, especially within hotel operations—without requiring them to begin as daily-wage staff.
